Adjustable-rate Mortgages:
These loans generally begin with an interest rate that is 1-2 percent below a comparable fixed rate mortgage, which may allow you to qualify for a more expensive home. This product is right for you if you do not plan to be in your home for longer then 5 or 10 years or if you are trying to qualify for the largest loan possible using your current income and are confident that your income will increase significantly to cover any rate increases.
Reverse Mortgages:
Does the idea of never having to make another mortgage payment appeal to you? A Reverse Mortgage can be used to access most Seniors largest asset, the equity in their home. First Time Home Buyer:
We have a variety of loan programs for the First Time Home Buyer. Financing for individuals with good credit histories are available as high as 100% of the purchase price. Certain municipal or government agencies also have down payment and closing cost assistance for those individuals who qualify. Call us for specific details.
